Our web site is the port of entry for the district and all of our informational and educational sites. The site features the following on line

information and links to all administrators in the district. The Rockwood
Area School District is a small rural district of over 900 students located
in the Laurel Highlands of Southwestern Pa. Outdoor activities are many and
varied. The Rockwood area is home to the Seven Springs a round year resort
(one of the largest resorts in the Mid-Atlantic region), and two state
parks. Hunting, fishing, hiking, and skiing opportunities abound. The
Rockwood Area School District Board of Directors, the administration,
teachers, and staff remain committed to serving the needs of the community
and to providing the highest quality educational opportunities for our
