General information for
Teachers:
**Students who will be taking
prescription medications in school need to pick up a form in the Nurse's
office. Remember this includes inhalers also. It is against school policy to
carry an inhaler in school without a signed excuse from your doctor.
**Please turn your Absentee Report in to the office by 8:30 am. All early
dismissals must be added to your Absentee Report. Please be sure to initial
all excuses before they are sent to the office.
**All lunch and breakfasts counts need to be turned in to the cafeteria by
8:30am.
**Mrs. Custer has 2 boxes of tissues available for each classroom. Please
stop by her office if you are in need of them.
**Lessons plans are due every Friday.
**All early dismissals must be added to your absentee slips, all excuses
must be initialed before being sent to the office (bus changes, excuses,
early dismissals). Be sure to have these to the office by 8:30am.
**The nurse will be at Kingwood until 11:00am on Wednesdays.
**Supply orders will be filled on Tuesdays. Make sure your requests are in
the office by 3:00PM on Mondays. All requests must be submitted on a supply
request form.
**All excuses are due in the office within 3 days of the student's return to
school or they will be counted as a illegal absences.

policy to carry any medications in school without a signed excuse from your
doctor.
**Any student who will be walking home from school must have a signed
permission slip that will be provided.
**Students in 6th Grade who had their physicals done over the summer and
have not turned in their physical paper to the nurse, please do so ASAP.
**Students are reminded that if you will be riding another bus (other than
your home bus) a parents request must be turned into the office.
**All excuses are due in the office 3 days of the student's return to school
or the day(s) will be counted as an illegal absence. |
