Box
tops – Marchelle Peck chair person.
Robin and Jenn are bagging each teacher's bin and handing them off to
Marchelle to submit. Box tops no longer need clipped, bagged by 50 tops.
Campbell’s labels have to be UPC and Campbell's picture. Marchelle to
enter the school information into apple for student program

Teacher
appreciation/outdoor classroom.
National Education Week - $500.00 - PTA gives to each school $250.00 for
National Education Week. Money pulled together for outdoor pavilion.
Posts need replaced, roof repairs, lattice, picnic table, and stone for
floor. Approval needed at general meeting. Approved for funding

Monthly newsletter:
Sent before meetings at beginning of the month and as a reminder for
upcoming events.

Fundraiser needs and
issues:
Looking for volunteers to review orders for accuracy and money collection
10/16 and 10/17. Monster party volunteers needed on November 30 from
6-9. K through 3 is 6-730 and 4-6 after. Party to be paid in one lump
sum. Approved to be paid.

Fall festival –
October 26th:
Items
needed for
gift bags and prizes. Budget is 1000.00 for fall festival. Teacher sign
up sheets are being distributed by Dr. Millin. Meeting for details done
during fundraiser review. Pumpkins patch contest. Teachers are
given themes for decorating pumpkins. Guidelines will be sent to each
teacher. Mrs. Holt, Eileen and Sue to judge pumpkins. Each to be
responsible for select rooms.

motion to develop guidelines for volunteer’s children to be invited to the
monster party even if fundraiser numbers are not reached. Seconded by

Exhibit night is November 15 from 6-8 pm. Volunteers needed for set up,
refreshments and drinks

Mr. Illar – Mr.
Romesburg will be greeter for fall festival. Boost prizes needed. Sheila
will search for donations. Spend 25.00 per quarter, 100.00 per year.

at Christmas Bazaar.
