• Transcript Request:

    • Current students must complete a Transcript Request Form located in the Guidance Office.  A parent signature is required for a student under the age of 18.
      •  Please allow 1-3 days for your request to be processed.

    • Previous graduates or students who attended Rockwood will need to call or request in writing their transcripts. 
      • Please include your name (maiden name if applicable) at the time of graduation or attendance here.
      • Date of Birth
      • Year of Graduation

    All requests will take at least 5 business days and forwarding addresses and a current phone number must be provided.

    There is a $ 1.00 processing fee for this service.

    Worker Permits:

    • Students 14 - 17 years of age who are employed during vacation periods or part-time jobs that do not interfere with school attendance must obtain a work permit.
    • Applications are available in the guidance office.  
      • This form must be filled out by a parent or guardian and returned to the guidance office.
    • Evidence of age must be provided.  Most students enrolled here at Rockwood should have a birth certificate on file.
    • Please allow 1-3 days for a permit to be issued.
    • A student will be denied a workers' permit if they are not maintaining adequate academic achievement.
    • If a student is currently failing any course for the quarter a worker's permit will not be issued.

     IF A STUDENT IS FAILING AFTER THEY HAVE RECEIVED A WORKER'S PERMIT, THE PERMIT WILL BE REVOKED.
