About Me

My name is Ms. Glessner, and I am entering my seventh year of teaching at Rockwood. I instruct Health, Physical Education, and Fitness classes, and I also serve as the advisor for both SADD and the 8th-grade class. 

In my free time, I enjoy attending my son's sporting events and playing outdoors with our Labrador retriever. My hobbies include hiking, cooking, yoga, music, and traveling. 

As a health and physical education teacher, my goal is to instill in students a lifelong appreciation for health and wellness.
