The Rockwood Area School District is accepting applications for the following anticipated positions beginning the 2025-2026 school year:
- Elementary Teacher (dual certification preferred)
- Regular and Special Education Paraprofessionals
- Long-Term Secondary Math Substitute Teacher - (approx. dates 8/20/25 – 10-13-25)
- Long-Term Biology Substitute Teacher - (approx. dates 10/22/25 – 1/16/26)

Substitute Nurses - RN License Required:
Pay rate for certified school nurses, who provide coverage during the absence of the regular school nurse, is $230/day
Pay rate for an RN, LPN, or CSN who provides coverage on a field trip or provides health assistance or coverage for the regular school nurse, under the direct supervision of the regular school nurse, is $180/day
